I'm in need of a tattoo design.
I'd prefer making payments through PayPal, unless you have another website that is similar.
Unfortunately the tattoo artists in my area don't appeal to me, so I figure the next best thing would be to come here for a custom design.
The price is negotiable, and I'd rather discuss all of that through some sort of instant messenger or even phone, if you're comfortable enough to give out that information, so all responses are instantaneous and the deal can be finalized right off the bat.
