Looking for a good artist

I am looking for a new artist for a browser-based online game that is in development.

A little about the game:

- Play a demigod of sorts and battle vs other opponents - Kind of like "Black and White"

- The game is a strategy based board-game

- Has a "Magic" the gather element to the gameplay

- Game artwork and artwork will be in the realm of surreal

What I am looking for:

- An artist with a rather wild imagination thats eager to come up with interesting and unique ideas.

- An artist that is good with drawing items, landscapes, representation of magic spells or powers.

- Not many characters in this game, so character drawing is nice, but not the primary focus (although there might be some here and there)

- Someone that is willing to commit to and own this project for the long term.

Work entailed:

- General game concept art.

- Iconography of game powers (think magic the gathering)

- Game pieces, items etc.

- Surrounding artwork/symbology

(More will be revealed to considered artists under an NDA)

Some muses to best describe the artwork style I am looking for:

What I offer:

- A creative environment to let your ideas run wild for a rather unique game. (This won't be your typical kind of game)

- Fair compensation for your work, possibly some equity down the line.

- A great way to get your work out there into real world that eventually many many people will enjoy and interact with, this will be AMAZING for the portfolio of budding artists breaking into the industry.
