Location Design Commission

I’m looking for a professional layout artist interested in doing a location design commission (paid work for hire) for a project I'm working on.

If you are interested, please let me know your price for detailed location designs and renderings (based on the proposal below). You may also mail me directly at : kulimar@gmail.com

Here are the details of the project I'm proposing:

--------------------------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------------------------

The project has three phases of iteration:

----Concept Phase----

Various broad strokes location design sketches exploring rough ideas based on location and story information.)

* Example: farm1.static.flickr.com/22/100581703_8425cdabd3.jpg?v=0

This will establish the basic look and feel of the location and make sure we are headed in the right direction.

----2nd pass----

Refinement of the design based on feedback from the 1st pass. The end of this phase will lock down all the details concerning the various elements of the location including the layout (top down map),architectural details, etc.)

* Examples:

----Final Location Design----

The final design will need to be a full rendering of the background from an angle that highlights the most crucial features of the location.

----Story and World Information----

Here is a preview of the property and the storyworld and script that I am commissioning the location designs for:

Story World Info:

The Musician Script: kulimar.com/PS_The_Musician_Final.pdf

I'd be making payments through Paypal or Elance.com, half payment up front and the rest upon completion. If you are interested we can negotiate the details.

All rights to the work produced will need to be signed over to me. http://bit.ly/bdRd1G
