I’m currently running a child enrichment centre and I’m looking for a freelance programmer who can customize a database program to help administer my operations. My requirements are as follows:
- Standalone program. No need for web-based or client-server programs.
- Student Database
o Track student particulars
- Staff Database
o Track staff particulars
- Schedule Database
o Track students and teacher schedules. We offer 1-1 sessions with students, so we have to track the students/teacher schedules and which rooms they are assigned to.
o Track attendance of students and staff
o Automatically generate schedules in advance for students/teachers based on student history.
- Payment Database
o Track student fees and staff salaries - automatically linked to schedule database. Students pay for per session (session length differs for each student)
o Generate receipts to students
o Generate reports for late payments by students
- Inventory Database
o Track stock of books
