Looking for art for Flash game

I've been thinking about making an experimental puzzle-platformer game in Flash. I'd like it small of size (200x200 or smaller), with pixel-art graphics. It'd be an adventurer in an Egyptian temple (or any other setting with a mysterious feeling to it!), he'd hold a torch so that a small area around him is illuminated. That's why the game size can be so small The goal would be to solve all kinds of puzzles in this temple/setting, to reach the ultimate goal, which I guess would be gold. I've got the platform-engine about 95% ready. It's all very solid, can be easily modified and very memory-efficient. It scrolls with the player, object outside of the view are automatically removed from the stage, etc. I can get up to 160 FPS with this.

Thing is, now I need some art. I suck at it, and don't want to have a story about blocks, which are pretty much the most advanced graphic I can come up with.

The thing is, since it's experimental, I don't know if it will be successful, or even make any money at all. Therefore I propose to split all profit 50/50 (which I think is pretty fair, considering the amount of work I've already done for it). This means that it's not a guaranteed pay, that's the risk.
