Needed - 18 Character Portraits

Brief description:

We are currently wrapping up development on our Facebook RPG, we are behind on artwork so we are looking to pick up one or two additional artists to fill the gaps. Depending on the working relationship we develop, we would be open to bring on the artists full time after the game launches and our revenues support it.



Compensation:

We are willing and able to provide compensation up front, in addition to back end compensation. We will put the mutually agreed upon terms in writing, we already have a template in place from hiring a handful of people in the same fashion. What we can offer right now is $25 per piece up front, and another $25 per piece from the game's profits. In special circumstances we can look at waiving the deferred compensation in favor of a higher up front number, but the total per piece would be lower. Basically, for the right art, we can make something work.



Talent needed:

We need a skilled artist that can create 18 character portraits in total. There will be 9 Generals and 9 Troops. The Generals will be more unique, will be a 128x128 portrait in our game, and need to look 'important'. The Troops will be a bit more cookie cutter looking and will be things like Town Guards, Elven Archers, etc. These Troops will be 48x48 images in our game.



Time Frame:

We are under some time frame constraints, we need to have these 18 character portraits completely done in about 2.5 weeks. So, we are probably going to need someone that can do about a portrait a day or more, depending on how quickly we find someone.
