flash video player coder needed

We are looking for an experienced programmer to finalize configuration and add functionnalities to our existing Flash Video player.



Basically what we have now is OK but could be much better if someone experienced in programming streaming video technology would be involved



Experience with:

AS3 and Flash

Longtail's JW player OR Flowplayer

OpenX ad server

CDN technology

Wordpress MU



Current player on site works (FLOWPLAYER COMMERCIAL) OK but we need to finalize configuration and add features.



Project details:

Probably requires a switch from flowplayer to JW player



Configure to use 2 RTMP's for if file not found alternative

Configure to use dynamic bandwith detection and manual switching

Configure call to action at end of stream for previous and next videos

Configure to use with OpenX video ads

Configure with existing plugins for analytics tracking of videos

Configure to support multi formats (FLV/MP4/Mp3)

Configure and redirect to local 3gp files for Iphone clients

Configure additionnal existing plugin (Full list deternmined with programmer)

Configure social networking features and viral features





We have all the infrastructure to give the end user an excellent viewing experience, just need someone to code and programm it properly!!!
