FBML/FBJS

I have a project designed that I would like to publish on a FB Brand Page. The project is completely designed, sliced, links and drop down menus added. The problem I am having is that the HTML for this project isn't working in FBML. I have created numerous basic HTML projects that I have published on FB but they only included basic buttons, never a drop down menu. I know that FBML will not handle the typical Java Script and FB has it's own FBJS (Face Book Java Script) that I am completely unfamiliar with. Does anyone know how to create drop down menus that will work in FBML? I would provide you with the project files so that you could just make the adjustments in the code.
