Seeking MANGA ARTIST

I am an aspiring manga writer, Ket Naki, who is genuinely looking for a Manga Artist for the Crux Project(at least a couple years).





Info on the project(multiple story set) is located below:

Style:



You must be able to come close to a Berserk/Claymore manga style.

(The character design particularly (almost realistic) not necessarily the shading itself)



Being able to draw tall & lanky female body types are important as well.





Reliable:



You must be able to work at a consistent speed (artist can set timelines on themselves and keep them) and be able to communicate with me regularly via chat, email, or other means.





Flexible:



Artist needs to be tolerable of story content that may be contrary to their own beliefs and principles.





Content:



Content will vary greatly and your artistic muscle may be stretched at times and will vary on story picked(there will be two choices at the moment). Some pages may be quite detailed while others may be quite simple.



Content will be aimed at PG-13 and below. Nevertheless, content may be controversial.





Payment:



I will be paying a strict $35 USD per BLACK & WHITE page. Pages will be from 1 to 6 panels on average (typically 2 to 5 panels though).



It is best if you have paypal.



If we work well, payment per page will increase later in the year after I graduate (August or so) and periodically over time.



Payment will be in advance and incremental per page.

(ie. at first before each page for a couple pages then before each 3 pages, etc)





Project payment will begin between Jan 17th and Jan 24th 2010. No project work is expected to be started before these dates.



If you would like to get stuff started up before then, that is fine as well.





Additional requirements:



1) Must live in the U.S.



2) Must NOT be working on multiple projects at once.



3) Must link examples of artwork that fits the Berserk/Claymore Manga Style.

(Black & White only) (Character design...not necessarily the shading)



4) Must be able to work off a script and details written within.
