Zohar HaNegev is a documentary style project about a fictional city in the midst of the Israeli desert. The city combines the organic and sporadic layout of the infamous city of Kowloon in Hong Kong with the architecture of ancient Jerusalem and modern Tel Aviv.
Environment modelers will be tasked with creating sections of the city. Modeling and unwrapping only, no textures necessary.
Zohar HaNegev consists of 3 sections: an external view of the entire city, a walkthrough through the modern hallways, and a walkthrough through the ancient warrens below. The Modeler will create both the architecture itself and the items/debris left in the abandoned rooms.
Work begins on January 11th and ends by April 2nd. 4 weeks are allotted for the creation of each section.
$500 will be paid for each of the 3 sections. In addition, I will also provide the final rendered walkthrough upon the project’s completion for your portfolio/reel.
